Check on the video to make sure the sound works when the session starts to air. All computers are set up a little differently, so we recommend test piloting the site before the sessions begin. 

  • There is an echo or the video isn’t working
    • Please click F5 on a PC or Command+R on a Mac to refresh your page. We recommend only having one tab open at a time.
  • How do I view the sessions?
    • You log back into the website, then click “View Session” to access each session on demand.
